Terms and Conditions

1. Our Company has no obligation for lost or stolen boat equipment. Before you depart make sure that you have store safely all your stuff.

2. The boats that are lying for parking further than originally agreed, without notification, will be given 25% penalty increase on daily parking fees.

3. Our company has no obligation for personal accidents that may happen within the yard. Before any activity take all safety measures and inform our staff.

4. The soonest you define the lift out / launch date the best.

5. Always disconnect the shore power (220V) before departing from the boat. Overcharge and fire danger. For charging the batteries during the winter contact the office.

6. Boat fees can be paid by cash or bank transfer .

7. Marine store purchases can paid in cash or by credit card .

8. Marine store orders more than 100 € must be paid 50 % cash in advance. The rest 50% after the delivery of the order .

9. For payments by wire bank transfer all bank expenses must be paid from the customer (OUR expenses). In any other case, the expenses will be deducted from the transferred amount.

10. After Hauling ,all boats are measured and weighed. Sailing yachts heavier than 14 tones will be extra charged 15% in all fees .

11. Ladders will be given in a first to ask first to receive base .

12. Camping caravans and trailers are not allowed to enter in the Yard.

13. When a car is parked in the Yard a spare key must always stay in the office in case that it must be moved. Our Company has no obligation for possible car damages.

14. Only the owner and the members of the crew are allowed to work on the boat. External workers are not allowed to work in the yard .

15. Works that produce toxic dust (e.x. antifouling sanding) are not allowed from the 1st of march to the 30th of November. Exception for covered vessels.

16. After launching , the boat must depart immediately from the dock.

17. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter our work shop or use our equipment. Accident danger !

18. Boats without reservation will be served in a first to come first to serve base.

19. All boats must apply for a lift out / launching permission to the local Port Police station.

20. Boats without European Union flag must contact the local Customs station for document arrangements.

21. Entrance to the dock without permission in not allowed.

22. Do not dispose old batteries or used oil in the garbage. Dispose them to the recycle bins .

23. Do not dispose grey or black water to the ground.

24. VHF Communication channel with the office 77 .

25. The access card must be returned to the office before depart.

26. Accommodation on boat is free for 2 weeks (one week after lift out / one week before launching). Beyond this period the accommodation charge is 5€/day.

27. For boat repairs a signed order is necessary .

28. Maximum vehicle speed within the yard 5 km/h.

29. A minimum of 2 reserved boats is required in order to start the Travelift.

30. The Travelift is not operating at the weekends.

31. None activity - repair is allowed in the Yard on Sunday.

32. Boat Hauling is equivalent with implied acceptance of all the above conditions.
